Coaching voice, written down.
Coaches talk all the way through a session. Almost none of it survives. Sidetalk exists to change that.
Why we build it
A coach says a hundred useful things in ninety minutes. The player remembers two. The parents in the car home hear none of them.
That is not the coach's fault. There are fifteen players, one ball and a match to run. Sitting down afterwards to write fifteen notes is work no volunteer has time for at 21:40.
What Sidetalk does
You press start, and you coach. Sidetalk listens, maps the names to what you said, and writes one note per player — in your words, not its own.
Afterwards you see all of them on one screen. You fix what needs fixing, and you decide who hears anything. Nothing is sent until you press send.
What we don't do
- Audio is deleted after processing. What is left is the written feedback.
- The app never judges a player. It reports what the coach said.
- No grades, no leaderboard, no comparing children.
Who we are
Sidetalk is made in Copenhagen for amateur clubs. Not for academies with an analysis department — for the team that trains twice a week on a pitch with no floodlights.
The app knows the vocabulary of 7 sports and writes in 7 languages. We are in pilot, and it is free while we are.
